Grant Description

Chinese Government provides a RMB 50 million interest-free loan to promote trade In August 2011, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce signed two aid agreements with the Government of Rwanda to boost trade. One was a 50 million RMB grant (see Record ID#2022) and the second was a 50 million RMB interest-free loan.

It is unclear how this money was spent.
