Purpose and goal:

Our aim with the project was to create an environment for innovative work in circular processes. The environment became an office / retail space on Östermalm in Stockholm, which we call HyberLabs. Here we have been able to perform lots of different types of meetings around the subject circularity but also been able to further develop our circular processes through proximity to the team and the products.

The circular processes and the technology connected to it have been the biggest challenge but also the objective we have focused and delivered on the most. Expected results and effects:

We have worked hard together with our partners to develop our processes towards a complete Cirkular Fulfillment Process, we call it RRR or Triple R - Review - Refresh - Repair. To these processes we have connected advanced technology and easy-to-use interfaces for the people in our RRR team Approach and implementation:

We had to change parts of the project quite early on to focus less on Retail and more on Process and Technical Development. This was mainly due to Covid but also because we saw an opportunity in getting more out of a greater focus on our circular processes and the technology behind it.

This focus was perfect for achieving the objectives we set up and we are all very happy with how the project was carried out.
