Virtual social learning platform for new ways of working including sustainability and innovation

To help organizations create an innovative culture and help them transform their activities into business models that have sustainability as a driving force in all daily decision-making. To achieve this, we have developed a learning platform for ´sustainable transformation through innovation, culture & leadership´ with a focus on the dimensions People, Planet, Profit.

The solution is distributed globally via a virtual learning platform for managers and employees in companies throughout the world. Expected results and effects:

The solution is in the market, available in 7 languages and more are on the way. The solution has been used in Europe Asia and the Americas, we aim to reach at least 100,000 participants in the next 5-years, based on the interest shown in the market we consider this to be completely reasonable. Our objective to have an impact on agenda 2030´s objective 4, 9 and 12 as main goals also feels completely in line with the finished solution.

In addition to the positive effect we hope to have on the outside world with that solution, it has contributed to a great increase in skills/new abilities in our company. Approach and implementation:

The project has been run in 3 major wp´s starting with analysis and development of MVP. The work has been carried out with continuous coordination with the market to ensure the relevance of the solution. We have focused on technology where requirements for IT security and operationand GDPR have been more complicated than expected but which have received good solutions.

Development in wp´s has taken place iteratively according to agile work methods and finally internationalization and integration have taken place and also been carried out with real customers before full launch.
