Purpose and goal:
Develop an expert system focused on digital ad management data that can identify and isolate the most important events in real time rather than weeks afterwards, automatically perform causal analyzes and suggest recommended actions; all in a strictly personalized view filtered by relevance to maximize the number of data-driven decisions.
Expected results and effects:
The project has resulted in a completely new product, Burt Advisor, being launched to the market after the completion of the project. Approach and implementation:
The work was based on a manual feasibility study that was carried out before the start of the project together with selected pilot customers.
During the course of the project, it turned out that the scope for the initial work packages increased sharply, so we prioritized these in order to be able to commercialize a product.
