A digital urban space - planning for a safer, more sustainable and healthier mobility for young people

Purpose and goal:

The mobility of young people has decreased since the 1970s, as parents´ offering transport by car has replaced walking and cycling. In this feasibility study, the municipality of Sundsvall, RISE and Sweco have investigated what is required in the form of data access, analysis ability and organizational ability, to develop a planning tool to support municipalities´ work with more sustainable travel options.
