The purpose of this pilot project RICHER-crisis support is to develop knowledge promoting change in work procedures based on a norm critical approach, this in order to assure for and accelerate long term societal effects and development of a green inclusive economy.
A green economy aims to increase well-being and social capital while also decreasing environmental and ecological risks.
RICHER departs from Institutional theory enabling us to reveal formal and informal organizational structures including conflicting logics and goals based on divergent interests that impact on the distribution of crisis support.
Material collected and analysed: 1) the Ministry of Trade and Industry’s intensions with the distribution of crisis support explored through policy documents, instructions and press releases; 2) how polies and directives are interpreted and understood explored through semi-structured interviews with professionals working at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth and regions; 3. (parts of) the actual distribution of crisis support through statistics accessed from one region.
The goal is to; based on a collaborative approach, bring forth a number of research-based indicators, a scalable prototype for RICHER distribution of crisis support.
The target is to apply for larger national and international projects in order to further conceptualized and apply the model both theoretically and practically.
