Grant Description

China loans 6 million USD to Rwanda through ETCA for unspecified projects On December 25, 2010 at the Foreign Affairs Ministry in Kigali, Eugene Munyakayanza, the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry, and Li Yigang, the Charge D'affaires at the Chinese Embassy in Rwanda, signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement for China to give Rwanda a loan of 6 million USD for projects to be agreed upon by both countries.
