Grant Description

The Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) program is designed to help the countries of the former Soviet Union address the environmental, health, and related issues after nuclear, chemical and biological weapons were transferred to Russia. The program also provides retraining of scientists and engineer for peaceful and commercial pursuits.
