Grant Description

The Contract Law Enforcement Program (CLE) aims to improve the rule of law structures that will lead to a better environment for economic growth and increased investment in Kosovo.

During FY14, the program will: 1) improve systems for enforcing judgments and reducing case backlog; and 2) develop and improve the contract and commercial law framework, enforcement systems, and functioning Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms.

The Program will work very closely with the Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC) and the Courts in order to reduce the enforcement backlog.
