Grant Description

Support to MoES to develop functional and comprehensive EMIS-GIS database solution at headquarters and district level.

Objectives include: 1) Re-orient the EMIS-GIS towards local governments, schools and communities as its primary clients. 2) Improve the capacity to collect and use information at MoES headquarters and at district level 3) Increase local demand for information to improve Uganda's education system.
