Grant Description

This project supports the strengthening of democratic governance in Honduras through technical support to the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE in Spanish) and the promotion of Citizen Security and a culture of peace, through the strengthening of national and local level violence observatories and the development of local security plans in municipalities with high rates of violence, with the purpose of consolidating the rule of law in the country, in which it is guaranteed the population's full exercise of rights and fulfillment of duties.
