Grant Description

The primary objective of assistance under this activity is to strengthen government integrity and accountability - principally at the national level.

To meet the objective, USAID works with Indonesian governmental institutions and non-governmental organizations in two primary areas.

Investments support the work of key accountability agencies and other efforts to reduce the influence of money politics in Indonesia.

Examples of institutions include the Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) and the Supreme Audit Body (BPK).This is the final year of activity under this IM and the first year of Indonesia's new government.
