Grant Description

The Regional Clean Energy Initiative (RCEI) improves the enabling environment for investment in clean energy in Central America, and reduces overall energy consumption at the regional level through energy efficiency practices.

It supports Central American countries in their efforts toward long-term emissions reductions and commitments under the Central American Integration System's Sustainable Energy Strategy 2020.
