Grant Description

ISC Project, a USAID project that provides information security and capacity building assistance to civil society organizations, human rights activists, and independent media in countries where a restrictive environment for information and internet use impinges on freedom of expression, advocacy, journalism, and online communications that are necessary for the development of a vibrant civil society and poses risks to both civil society organizations (CSOs) and individuals.

The ISC Project providesmentoring and support services to assist local partners with securing their online and mobile communications, websites, information technology (IT) systems, and data to prevent attacks on and unauthorized access to these systems and data that could compromise confidential information or put CSOs or individuals at risk.
