The Hariyo Ban (Nepali for 'Green Forests') aims to reduce adverse impacts of climate change and threats to biodiversity in two priority landscapes of Nepal - Terai Arc Landscape (TAL) and the Chirwan Annapurna Landscape (CHAL also known as 'Gandaki River Basin'), complemented by support to strengthen enabling policy environment at the national level.
