Grant Description

HealthPartners is working to strengthen member-owned and controlled cooperative health systems and networks in Uganda. The goal is to build a village-level foundation for an eventual national network.

The project focuses on improved cooperative and provider performance, sharing of lessons learned and increased impact on participant health.

The activity is linking local health cooperatives in Southwestern Uganda enabling them to offer improved health services, enhancing advocacy and extending mutual learning.
