Citizen Voice and Public Accountability Project

The Citizen's Voice Program (CVP) will provide approximately 120 grants across the country to engage civil society on democratic governance themes including capacity building of elected representatives of local governments in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh provinces; inclusion of female voters in the electoral process; and education and mobilization of voters in order to prepare the citizens for general elections in 2018.

CVP interventions support a culture of tolerance towards difference of opinion, political inclusion and peaceful civic interaction among demographically diverse sections of the society.
