Grant Description

The recipient shall provide support to the Ministry and Department of Social Welfare to design and operationalize a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) system for the Livelihoods Empowerment against Poverty (LEAP) program.

Capacities for DSW employees, as well as members of District Assemblies, LEAP Implementation Committees, and community members in 100 districts on monitoring and evaluation of the LEAP cash transfer will be strengthened.
