Impact evaluation for AgVantage, SME Support and Georgia Security Initiative Projects (GESI).

The purpose of evaluating 1). the first two projects from Economig Growth portfolio is the assess the effectiveness in achieving the USAID/Caucasus, Georgia Strategic Objective "accelerated development and growth of private enterprices to create jobs" and 2). the third project from Energy and Environment is to assess the impact of the program at the national level and analyze its benefits for the population that was underserved from an energy perspective.
