Grant Description

The Azerbaijan Competitiveness and Trade (ACT) project is designed to improve the domestic business enabling environment; develop a liberalized, more transparent trade environment; and improve targeted value chains in the agricultural sector in Azerbaijan. The ACT project is jointly funded by the Government of Azerbaijan and USAID/Azerbaijan.
