Grant Description
FORECAST - Russia BPC provides training for mid to high-level professionals from the public and private sectors in priority areas emerging from the Bilateral Presidential Commission established by US President Obama and Russian President Medvedev in 2009.
Such areas include: Transparency and Governance; Global Climate Change; International Disaster Management; and Civil Society Development.
Capacity building through training will take place in the US and Russia, with follow-on training planned in order to provide maximum impact.
This is the second FORECAST program currently being managed in Russia, in conjunction with our partner, PH International.
