The primary objective of this project is to assist the management of Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) Kandahar to transform the organization into a viable and sustainable business by ensuring that all electricity consumed is paid for at a price that covers not only the operating costs but maintenance and future expansion.
Tariff structures are computed to enable the eventual implementation of a realistic pricing structure that will allow for the recovery of electricity costs. (Originally Kabul Electricity Directorate (KED) Commercialization)
