Grant Description

On 3 September 2008, Ghanaian President Kufuor witnessed the signing of seven agreements with the Government of China.

Two of these documents were economic and technical cooperation agreements (ETCA) with a total value of $7.4 million USD for unspecified development projects. The other ETCA is captured in Record ID#21604. It is unclear if this is a grant or interest-free loan.
