Grant Description

DPK Consulting, a division of ARD, Inc., is implementing the Jordan Rule of Law Program (ROLP).

ROLP is a 3-year, USAID-funded program providing direct technical assistance and training to design and implement institutional changes in the judiciary and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) of Jordan.

DPK is working to increase judiciary capacity by training professional staff and developing effective technical units and departments; empowering local professionals, especially judges and court personnel, to take leadership in promoting and sustaining reforms by enhancing their qualifications and creating opportunities for networking; enhancing relationships and building confidence among key stakeholders, including judges, lawyers, court personnel and Ministry of Justice officials; building consensus among key stakeholders and the general public on the need for an empowered, and accountable judiciary; and enhancing and expanding the nationwide automated case management and information data resources developed and implemented by DPK during the MASAQ predecessor project.
