Grant Description

The purpose of this contract is to build on previous USAID/Madagascar Health Population and Nutrition (HPN) activities, expand services broader and deeper into communities to provide quality services to the poor, and to strengthen specific health systems and the capacity of the Ministry of Health and Family Planning to undertake its normative functions to ensure the delivery of critical health services.
