Grant Description

Chinese Government agrees to provide RMB 40 million interest-free loan to Morocco for public works projects On December 31, 2003, an unspecified Chinese government institution loaned Morocco 40 Million RMB to help finance interest free loans for public work projects and public projects.

The loan agreement was signed in Rabat, Morocco, by the Moroccan Minister of Finance and Privatization, Fathallah Oulalou, and the Chinese Ambassador to Morocco, Mr Chang Tao.
