Grant Description

The Kenya Education Management Capacity Assessment (KEMACA) survey was carried out at the request of the Government of Kenya, with funding from USAID. The exercise was executed by RTI International and East Africa Development Consultants (EADEC).

The main objective of the survey was to ascertain capacity weaknesses in the Kenyan education system, which might impede the proper execution of the Kenya Education Sector Support Programme (KESSP).
