Grant Description

COMET combines the expertise of representatives from the Jamaican government and local and international NGOs to reduce crime and violence and strengthen economic competitiveness in the countrys inner cities.

COMET aims to strengthen the capacity of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF), or police, to conduct law enforcement throughout the country.
