Grant Description

The project supports capacity building and promotes effectiveness of Belarusian nongovernmental organizations, associations, and community service groups in representing citizens and increasing their involvement in civic and political affairs.

NDI advises local organizations on strengthening their bases of support, establishing networks of like-minded organizations, and developing plans for issue advocacy, citizen education and watchdog activities.
