Grant Description

The LMS Program focused on three key result areas: (1) Improving management and leadership of priority health programs; (2) Improving management systems in health organizations and priority programs; and (3) Increasing sustainability and ability to manage change.

A primary goal of the program was to develop managers and leaders who achieve results in the areas of family planning and reproductive health, HIV & AIDS, infectious disease, maternal and child health, and many other areas of service delivery.
