Grant Description

The Bolivia Land Titling Project (BLTP), Contract PCE-I-820-99-0003-00, Task Order 820 under the Rural and Agricultural Incomes with a Sustainable Environment (RAISE) Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), aims to improve the lives of the individuals and families living in the Tropics of Cochabamba (the Chapare) by addressing the lack of legal security in the ownership of land.

Since the 1990s, this lack of security has been a serious obstacle to the integrated development process in the Chapare.
