Grant Description

On November 8, 2004, China and Nigeria signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement, through which a grant of $2.25M to Nigeria was provided.

The signing ceremony took place during Wu Bangguo's visit and was attended by President Olusegun Abasanj, Senate speaker Adolphus Wabara, and some National Assembly officers.
