Grant Description

The goal of the Civic Advocacy Support Program (CASP), a USAID-funded program implemented by Counterpart International, was to strengthen the organizational and performance capacity of three Intermediary Service Organizations (ISOs) and six core advocacy partner Nongovernmental Organizations (NGOs).
