Purpose of Activity:The Title XII Program Cooperative Agreement (CA) with APLU supports BFS/BIFAD that serves as support staff for the Board for International Food and Agricultural Development (BIFAD).

BIFAD is a presidentially appointed federal advisory committee authorized to assist USAID in the administration of programs authorized under Title XII of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended.Description of Activities for FY 14: Two BIFAD public meetings coordinated by APLU, one in Washington DC and one at Montana State University.Finalization and presentation of the current HICD study by the BIFAD and administered by APLU.A new yet to be determined study.Indicators are looking at studies/administrative tasks under the policy indicator.FTF Focus Countries in which Activity Works:NAFTF Non-Focus Countries in which Activity Works:NA
