Grant Description

On May 20, 2011, China and Namibia signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement, which included a grant of RMB 30 million (roughly $5 million USD) to support unspecified programs mutually agreed upon by both parties. At the same ceremony, China handed over flood disaster aid to Namibia (captured in #1483).
