Technical Assistance for Revenue Policy and Administration

The project is assisting in the set up and implementation of Data and Document Processing Centers under the Director General of Tax.

This involves consulting and training in the areas of project management, returns processing, returns receipts/error correction, and continued expansion of the processing centers to additional locations. Finalize voluntary compliance portion of return processing for 2012 processing season. Develop alternative procedures for small taxpayers.

Develop and deploy taxpayer information programs. Set up a long range plan for using telephone technology in taxpayer assistance.

Consolidation of current call centers including organizational structure, standard operating procedures, human resource issues, workload analyses, and data collection.
