Grant Description

Strengthen Mongolia's cash management abilities so they can better manage their cash resources both on short-term and long-term basis and enhance the transparency of selection of investment projects.

Activities include strengthening the legislative framework, establishing a cash management unit, further refining of the Treasury Single Account (TSA) through integration of the special funds and enhancing cash flow forecasting abilities, creating a stability and savings fund for public mining revenues; and developing clear criteria for selecting investment projects.
