Grant Description

Develop a strategy and action plan to allow the Ministry to move toward their target environment.

The intermittent assistance will be targeted toward improving budget formulation and budget monitoring and ensuring strong ties to the INDS.

Includes a comprehensive assessment of the legislation, processes, organization, skills, capability within the ministries and technology surrounding budget formulation and monitoring. Also includes specific recommendations on how to improve the annual budgeting process.
