Grant Description

This technical assistance grant provides funding for an advisory team to assist the Ministry of Economy, Government of Brazil under the Procurement Assistance Program for Brazil under USTDA's Global Procurement Initiative: Understanding Best Value (GPI).

The TA will develop training manuals and resources for procurement officials at federal, state, and local procurement entities to support the implementation of Law 14,133 across Brazil.
