Technical Assistance - Bureau of Internal Revenue Information Communications Technology Modernization Strategy and Data Center Technical Assistance, through Avasant LLC

This grant funds a technical assistance for the Philippines Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), the primary body responsible for collecting tax revenues throughout the Philippines.

The technical assistance would help BIR modernize its information communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and deploy an on-site cloud data center.

These improvements would increase BIRs organizational capacity to manage an increasingly complex technology environment, thereby improving performance, increasing security, reducing costs, and rationalizing the many platforms and services employed by the agency.
