Grant Description

This grant funds technical assistance (TA) to support Ecostar Energy, an independent power producer, to assess the financial, technical, socio-environmental, and legal aspects of the development of an estimated 25-megawatt biomass power plant in the Boundiali region of Cote d'Ivoire. Ecostar Energy selected Delphos International (Washington, D.C.) as the sole source contractor to complete the TA.
