Grant Description

This technical assistance grant will develop a Safety Assessment and Improvement Plan for the Santos Dumont Airport in Rio de Janeiro.

The technical assistance will support the Secretary of Civil Aviation in developing a plan for Santos Dumont Airport to meet federal certification requirements and promote safe growth in flights and passengers at the airport. Implementation of the project would provide many opportunities for the export of U.S. goods and services.
