Grant Description

The objective of the Brazil Rail Modernization Technologies Reverse Trade Mission Series is to familiarize key government and private sector representatives with best practices, regulatory advances, effective procurement, and technologies to support overall efficiency, emissions reductions, and digitization, as well as resiliency and safety in rail infrastructure projects in Brazil.

Each RTM would be approximately eight business days in duration and include site visits, meetings with relevant U.S. rail service providers, U.S. equipment and technology suppliers, financing entities, and U.S. transportation officials. Up to 10 senior-level Brazil rail sector representatives would be selected for each RTM.

This funding is being added to the Rail Modernization Technologies Reverse Trade Mission Series.
