Grant Description

This grant funds technical assistance (TA) for the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board, the gas regulator for the downstream and midstream sector in India, to develop an updated economic basis for building out India's national Natural Gas Grid.

The objective of this technical assistance is to help optimize the National Gas Grid to help increase India's gas consumption and create an environment for increased liquefied natural gas (LNG) imports. ICF Resources LLC. is the sole-source contractor performing this technical assistance.
