Grant Description
This grant funds technical assistance to support the Haryana Airports Development Corporation Limited (HADC) in implementing an integrated aviation hub (IAH) at Hisar Airport.
The IAH involves the development of Hisar Airport, officially known as Maharaja Agrasen International Airport, in Haryana State into an integrated aerotropolis and cargo and logistics hub.
The TA would support HADC in building the institutional capacity needed to coordinate and integrate the development of the IAH in the manner of a master developer.
The TA would also assess the feasibility of the cargo and logistics component of the Project and support HADC in attracting major cargo operators.
