Global Procurement Initiative: Technical Assistance for the Ministry of Finance and Public Service, Government of Jamaica, through Alavarez & Marsal

This technical assistance (TA) grant provides funding for an advisory team to assist the Ministry of Finance and Public Service within the Government of Jamaica under the Procurement Assistance Program (Program) for Jamaica under USTDA's Global Procurement Initiative: Understanding Best Value (GPI).

The TA will develop recommendations and manuals to assist the Government of Jamaica in (i) implementing international best practices for achieving value for money in public procurement and (ii) improving the capacity of public procurement staff across the government.
