Feasibility Study - Sun Keeper Utility-Scale Solar Project, through National Rural Electric Cooperative Association

This grant funds a feasibility study for the Rural Electrification Finance Corporation (REFC) to support the development of four utility-scale solar generation plants in the Philippines.

This feasibility study will include development of technical specifications, designs, and plans; evaluation of the economic feasibility of the proposed debt financing; review and identification of necessary permits; and analysis of potential environmental and social impacts of the Project.
