Grant Description

USTDA is funding a pilot project to enable Trk Telekom to establish a laboratory test environment for open radio access network (RAN) solutions and integrate Parallel Wireless technology into its commercial network.

The pilot project would create a test environment for second generation (2G), third generation (3G), fourth generation (4G), and fifth generation (5G) Open RAN solutions from Parallel Wireless and would enable their installation, as well as installation of 5G open RAN solutions at five field sites on the Trk Telekom network.
