Grant Description

This grant funds a feasibility study for the African renewable energy company DayStar Power, to develop grid-connected distributed energy resources (DER) to optimize energy supply to commercial and industrial (C&I) entities in Nigeria. This feasibility study is expected to result in new solar energy generation in Nigeria, an opportunity for U.S.

DERs equipment and services suppliers, and more reliable energy access for C&I entities that are creating jobs and economic development in Nigeria.
