Grant Description

This USTDA feasibility study ("Study") provides assistance to Nigerian internet service provider Content Oasis Limited that is supporting the expansion of fixed wireless internet service to unserved and underserved areas in Nigeria.

This Study is expected to provide the necessary technical, economic, regulatory, and financial analysis needed to deploy 800 broadband base stations across Nigeria over five years. The U.S. firm Fraym, Inc. is carrying out the Study on a sole source basis.
